Academy staff, students and families gathered last night to celebrate Brittons Best. Awards were given out for progress and effort in each subject for every year group (see year 7 above) and there were special awards for students who had overcome adversity, the Johnathan Peake Award and in Science, English, Maths, History and Technology. Pipe, in year 10, won the Equantiis award, and received a laptop, kindly donated by the award’s sponsor, ex student Alistair Sargeant. We were also treated to musical interludes by Ben and Esther. Thanks to everyone involved and well done to all award recipients.
