We are delighted to announce that next Friday (4th April) is World Culture Day at the Academy. World Culture Day is a chance to celebrate and learn about the rich diversity of cultures at the Academy. Students will have the chance to wear clothes that reflect their culture, try various different cultural activities such as Henna tattoos and a fashion show and participate in cultural quizzes and competitions. The Academy will also be launching the ‘Cultural Kitemark’ programme where staff will use ‘Cultural Kitemark’ icons in their lessons to show students all the different cultures they learn about in the Academy every day.
