On the last day of the Spring Term, Brittons staff and students had a fantastic time celebrating the rich diversity of cultures at the Academy. Students and staff dressed in clothes that reflected their culture, participated in a fashion show, henna tattoos, quizzes and activities and watched a video produced by the Student Council about ‘Why Culture is important’. Staff also took time to reflect on the increasing diversity of the school’s curriculum – currently students learn about 86 different cultures in lessons across all subjects. Thanks to all involved.
